Policy

At Superior Nutrition, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a simple and fair return policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 10 business days from the original purchase date (based on ship date).

  • To qualify for a return, products must be sealed, unopened, and in resalable condition.

  • Opened, used, or unsealed items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Return shipments must be sent via USPS.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Important Notes

  • Returns must be initiated and shipped within 10 business days of purchase to qualify.

  • Clearance, sale, and promotional items are non-refundable.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
