At Superior Nutrition, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a simple and fair return policy.
Products must be returned within 10 business days from the original purchase date (based on ship date).
To qualify for a return, products must be sealed, unopened, and in resalable condition.
Opened, used, or unsealed items are not eligible for return or refund.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipments must be sent via USPS.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Returns must be initiated and shipped within 10 business days of purchase to qualify.
Clearance, sale, and promotional items are non-refundable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
